Joshua Strickland

  Joshua became a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist in 2010 and has since built an accomplished career in hearing healthcare. He spent over a decade establishing hearing centers, fitting thousands of patients, and later serving as a multi-unit Director of Operations overseeing 30+ locations and mentoring both HIS providers and Audiologists.

In 2023, he founded Increase Hearing in Altoona, PA, where he focuses on expanding access to quality, affordable hearing care. His leadership, industry expertise, and passion for patient-centered service make him a strong addition to the PHHA Board.
